The email template is created with the WP Custom Email Template plugin which allows admins/users to create a custom email template for pretty much all outgoing emails from the WordPress site, using an intuitive interface with a live preview of what the email template will look like as you build it, all in one page!

Note that any smtp plugin that allows sending test emails can be used or any method that sends an outgoing email within WordPress can be used.

In this case, our test email sent using the WP Send Custom Emails plugin (coming soon) developed by wpplugins.pro, which allows admins/users to send emails to anyone from the backend dashboard or in the frontend using a shortcode.
